Scholarships

Each year Kingbrook Rural Water’s Scholarship Program provides five $500 scholarships.

Our 2025 Scholarship Application will be available later this fall. To be eligible, the follow criteria must be met:

• Applicant must be a high school senior or full-time undergraduate college student, who is a member or the child of a member in good standing, of Kingbrook Rural Water System.
• Must plan on enrolling as a full-time student in an accredited South Dakota college, university or vocational/technical school.
• Must be a US citizen. Must complete all steps of the application procedure. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Recipients will be selected based on a variety of criteria including academics, extra-curricular activities and community service.
