- Phone: Call 1-605-924-4995 and follow the prompts
Convenience Fees:
Credit/Debit Cards
- $0.01 – $50.00: $1.95
- $50.01 – $100.00: $2.75
- $100.01 – $15,000.00: 2.75%
E-Check / Savings Account
- $0.01 – $15,000.00: $1.25
Payments are approved instantly and show on your account right away. This is a great option if you need to pay quickly.
Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for your account balance to update.
Recurring Automatic Payments
Set up automatic monthly payments through the Kingbrook Customer Portal.

- Please note when choosing your Date to Process the amount will be deducted from your account 2-3 days after. Example: On Due Date – Payment will initiate on the 15th of the month and will be deducted from your account on the 17th or 18th of the month
