Payment Options

Make your payment using your Credit or Debit Card by Clicking Here. There is a small convenience fee of $2.50 per transaction for this payment method.

Notification of your payment is emailed to you AND Kingbrook Rural Water instantly so that your bill is considered paid making this a great option for paying your bill quickly or on the go.

Here's what you need:

1. Your full KBRW account # (i.e. 1111.01)
2. Your amount due.
3. Your credit/debit card information

There is a payment limit of $1,000.00 per transaction. To pay a bill that is more than $1,000.00, you will need to enter multiple transactions.

To pay by phone with a debit or credit card call 1-855-498-9968.

   1. Fill out the form (online or print and fill out), Sign and Return to our office.
2. Mail the completed form with a voided check to the office at
   PO Box 299, Arlington, SD 57212.

Payments will be processed between the 13th and 15th of each month. Payments will pull from your account between the 14th and 16th of the month.
