The Kingbrook Rural Water System office is closed to walk-in traffic in order to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus. Staff will be on site to answer phone calls during normal business hours and operators will remain available for essential or emergency service calls. Please utilize the drop box at the east side of the building to submit payments at the office or utilize our online payment option located on the “Pay Your Bill” page. Another payment option is automatic withdrawal. You can sign up by completing the ACH Authorization Form found on the “Pay Your Bill” page. If you wish to receive an e-bill instead of a paper bill, please email your name, account number and email address to email@example.com or call 605-983-5074 or 1-800-605-5279. Please note that if you choose to receive your bill by email, you will not longer receive a paper copy.
Members who report a water leak on any of Kingbrook’s mainlines will receive a $25.00 leak reward. With approximately 2400 miles of water line in the distribution system, members can play a key role in assisting system employees in locating water leaks.
All members who receive a leak reward in 2020 will be entered into a drawing for a cash prize of $100.00. The drawing will take place at our 2021 Annual Meeting. Members need not be present to win.
