Using the EyeOnWater Customer Portal
We are pleased to announce that we have completed our system-wide transition to the Beacon AMA automatic meter reading system. After your Beacon meter was installed you should have received a packet of information explaining what to expect with your new meter, how you would be billed, and how to set up your EyeOnWater account.
EyeOnWater is the customer portal which allows you to monitor your usage on your computer or smart phone. If you wish to set up your EyeOnWater account, click here to download the instructions.
Once your account is set up, you can download the EyeOnWater app on your iPhone or Android device. You will be able to view your usage by the year, month, day, and hour. You can also set parameters for your water usage and receive alerts if your usage goes outside those parameters. Alerts can be sent by text message or by email. This tool has already proven to be helpful in assisting members in finding water leaks.
If you do not wish to set up an EyeOnWater account, your current and previous meter readings (to the thousand gallons) and your usage will still be provided on your bill each month. If you wish to know your reading any time between bills, you are welcome to call the office and we will look it up for you.
